Proof of registration of the company and its profile.

Latest 1 year income tax receipt of the applicant (with Income Tax Department seal if paid manually).

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Police clearance certificate are mandatory for nationals of BANGLADESH.

Minimum process time to issue a visa is between 10-15 days + 6 working days for Passport to & fro.

The Embassy of Peru has the right to ask for additional documents or call the applicant for an interview and verification.

Visa Information:

Anyone willing to obtain visa at the Embassy has to follow the following procedures:

Nepali Visa Application Forms are:

Accepted every day from Sunday to Thursday from 9:30am to 10:30am. Visa application form not signed by the applicant and without photo will not be entertained.

It normally takes one working day to process visa.

Diplomatic and official visas are issued on the basis of official written communication.

Visa Application Form is available free of charge from the Embassy Visa Gate from 9:00am to 10:30 am.

Following Documents are required with Visa Application: Recent passport size photograph (01 copy) and passport photocopy.

Visa Fees: 

Tourist visas for the citizens of SAARC countries are issued free of charge for the first VISA in one visa year (01 January to 31 December) and the second visa in the same year will be subject to a visa fee.

The fees for the issuance of Tourist Visas to the Foreigners and Second Visa for SAARC Countries in the same VISA year are as follows:

Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Tunisia host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of visit and duration of travel, duly attested by Municipal Corporation in Tunisia. The letter should be faxed directly to the embassy and a copy to us.

Recommendation Letter through recognized Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh.

VISA REQUIREMENT:

For obtaining a visa the following documents are to be submitted to the Consular Department:

A filled-in visa application form (one per each person) available at the Consular Department. Incomplete forms are NOT accepted. The form should be typed or written legibly.

A valid passport and photocopy of its first three pages. The validity of the passport must not be less than 3 months from the date of visa issue.

An original invitation from the local branches of the Russian Home Ministry or Federal Migration Service and its copy. The invitation is to be arranged in Russia by those who invite the applicant (person, business partner, education institution). Copies submitted without original are not considered. Those who intend to visit Russia for tourist purpose instead of the invitation have to submit originals of the tourist voucher and conformation for the receiving of the foreign tourist, which should be obtained from the Russian tourist company registered with the Consular Department of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (the company should have a reference number).

One passport size photo of the applicant. The photo can be black-and-white or color, preferably on matte paper.

Original air tickets or booking confirmation receipt and their copies.

If one applies for a visa valid for more than three months, the HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate and its copy as well as Medical check-up Certificate and its copy are to be submitted.

Paid visa fee. The visa fee depends upon the type of visa and to be paid by bank draft against the payment order issued in the Consular Department.

Issuance procedures take from 7 to 20 working days. Holidays and day-offs are not included.

 

IMPORTANT:

The decision about the visa issue is made only after individual interview with the applicant.

Visa processing fee is not refundable even in case of refusal.

Visa processing starts only after submission of all necessary documents mentioned above and payment. The same day processing can only be done if the volume of work technically permits.

The documents and payment should be submitted on Sunday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. Visa delivery time: Sunday Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and Saturday day offs.

The Consular Department of the Embassy is not responsible for any mistakes in the visas, which are not brought to its attention prior to the departure from Bangladesh.

Visas cannot be changed or extended. If the travel plans changed after the visa issuance the applicant has to apply for a new visa.

TOURISM VISA

Documents required:
1. Spanish Schengen visa application form, duly filled in and signed by the applicant. .
2. One recent color passport-size photo with white background (gents with uncovered head) has to be glued to the application form.
3. Original and photocopy of passport or official travel document:
3.1. Bangladeshi nationals: photocopy of page with the personal data (and other relevant pages) and previous visas.
3.2. Non- Bangladeshi nationals: photocopy of pages with the personal data (and other relevant pages), previous visas and the Bangladeshi residence visa which it has to be valid at least three months after the expiry date of the Schengen visa.
All passports have to have been issued during the previous 10 years and should be valid for at least 3 months longer than the validity of the visa applied for.
4. Visa fee.
5. Medical insurance (covering 30.000,00 €) including repatriation from any Schengen State in case of emergency. The medical insurance has to cover all your stay in all Schengen States.
6. Photocopy (full page) of your booking of return ticket.
7. Hotel confirmation or hotel voucher for the whole stay or other documents proving accommodation.
8. Economic means: Original Bank Statement (Personal and company) and credit card statements for the last 6 months which should be updated. The statements should be signed by the bank / branch manager and should be bear seal / stamp of the bank / branch manager.
9.1. If visiting family or friends, proof of sponsorship including proof of family/ties with the sponsor, letter of invitation, specific countries may request additional supporting documentation
9.2. If employed by a company in Bangladesh: Certificate of employment mentioning:
(i) Address, telephone and fax number of the company;
(ii) Name and position in the company of the countersigning officer;
(iii) Name of applicant, position, salary and number of years of service;
(iv) Certificate of leave absence.
9.3. If self-employed:
(i) Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization in Bangladesh and / or Memorandum and articles of association and / or Trade License legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language

(ii) Income Tax Returns (translated into Spanish) for the last one year/ TIN Certificate
9.4. If student:
(i) Proof of enrolment in educational establishment in Bangladesh;
(ii) Certificate of leave absence if travelling during school year. The certificate should mention full address, telephone number, permission of absence; name and function of the person granting permission;
(iii) If school trips, letter of the school mentioning the purpose, the duration and the destination.
9.5. If travelling with spouse and/or children: Marriage certificate issued by a responsible authority and legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language.
10. Documents related to civil status:
(i) Marriage certificate (married applicants);
(ii) Divorce certificate “talak namah” (divorced applicants);
(iii) Death certificate, (widows or widowers);
(iv) Birth certificate (children).
10.1. If minor:
(i) Consent of parents or custodian if both parents are not travelling together;
(ii) Photocopy of passport of parents or legal guardian;
(iii) Proof of economic means of parents or legal guardian (refer to point 1.);
(iv) Original birth certificate of the minor issued by responsible authority.
11. Personal letter of introduction where the reason of the trip and visiting itinerary appears clearly stated.
12. The whole file must be one side photocopied in A4 format in order to be properly scanned so a full set of photocopies must accompany the application
