- Any cost arising due to natural disasters, such as landslides, earthquakes, flooding, etc. Roadblocks, political disturbances etc. ( to be borne by the client) to be paid directly on the spot.
- Any increase in airline taxes or fuel prices at the time of departure leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation, land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

- Rates are not valid for Peak Season travel such as Eid, Diwali, Christmas, New Years etc.
- Rates on hotels are subject to availability at the time of the booking. If for any case a hotel is unavailable, an alternate hotel will be arranged in a similar category.
