- Any cost arising due to natural disasters such as flooding, landslides, earthquakes etc. Roadblocks, political disturbances, etc. ( to be borne by the client) to be paid directly on the spot.
- Any increase in airline taxes or fuel prices at the time of the departure leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation, land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

- Rates are not valid for Peak Season travel such as Eid, Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc.
- Rates on hotels are based on hotels availability at the time of the booking. In the case of unavailability of the mentioned hotel, an alternate hotel will be arranged in a similar category.
